The act of breathing is a potent instrument that is present in each and every instant of our existence. A continual reminder of our very own existence and our relationship to the environment surrounds us, it is an ever-present reminder. By taking deep breaths inhaling and exhaling, we are able to absorb the vitality of life and let go of things that are no longer beneficial to us.
