Are You Unintentionally Affecting Your Gut Health?

There are plenty of reasons why you might unintentionally be affecting your gut health. I truly think that gut health is at the heart of many (if not all) ailments. Your gut really holds a lot of authority over your entire existence. Could you unknowingly be messing with your gut health by consuming an unhealthy diet & lifestyle?

Not getting enough physical activity, not eating well, missing out on soluble fiber, taking antibacterial medications, experiencing recurrent stress-anxiety, not getting enough sleep or having inadequate rest- sleep disturbance, and drinking too much alcohol are all inadvertent ways you might be affecting your overall well-being & gut health.

If we want our digestive system- gut health to stay healthy, we need to eat a well- balanced nutritious diet at least 80% (percent) of the time. Exercising approximately 20 to 30 minutes a day can calm down our thoughts, so we don't have to deal with perpetual stress.

The following can be accomplished by activities such as meditation, light exercise, therapeutic massage, yoga, and intercession- devotion. Additionally, we should prioritize getting great sleep. Pay attention to the quality of your sleep rather than the quantity of sleep you get.
